Her baby brother has died. Her father has abandoned the home. With her light-up paint box and loyal doll Coco, eight-year-old Amanda embarks on a darkly whimsical journey through her parents' psyches en route to a brighter future for her mom and herself.

 

"Dark Flowers" will be an eight-part series, employing live action (10% of film, already shot), puppet animation (10% of film, already shot) and hand-drawn 2D animation.
